Co-founder, Nurse Practitioner
Renai Allen is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner in family medicine and psychiatric mental health. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northeastern University, Boston, MA; Bachelors and Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College, Weston, MA; and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Brandman University (now UMASS Global University) Irvine, California.
With over 25 combined years of experience in behavioral health and family medicine, Renai has served in various settings such as office and hospital based medical and psychiatric centers, corrections, home based and street team care for homeless populations across the country. She is committed to providing comprehensive, quality and supportive physical and mental healthcare for those experiencing healthcare disparities. The goal of Align Healthcare, incorporates this ideology by serving the community to provide both primary and psychiatric/mental health services.

Nina Diggs is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. Nina received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Nursing from Simmons College (now Simmons University), Boston. She has over 20 years combined experience in acute-care bedside nursing, primary care, homecare, education, case management, and management. Most recently, Nina worked as a nurse practitioner in an insurance-based managed care program and in a university-based wellness center. Nina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Align Healthcare and is very passionate about maintaining the health and well-being of the community. She is committed to providing high quality medical care to the people she serves, with a focus on meeting the entire needs of the mind, body, and spirit.

Morgan Mott is a Registered Nurse with 8 years acute-care nursing experience. She earned her Doctorate of Nursing in Integrative Health and Healing from the University of Minnesota to further support her goal of contributing to a system of proactive health care. Morgan is very passionate about health, wellness, and helping people to create sustainable, healthy lifestyles. She desires to work directly with patients and at the legislative level to effect policy changes to make Integrative Medicine more accessible to all people. Currently, she works in a university-based wellness center where she has the opportunity to implement her training. In her free time, she likes to work in her garden, walk with her dog, and spend time at the beach with family and friends.
